Lightning Rods

When lightning strikes, the protective lightning rod channels it into the ground, away from places where it could cause great damage. It is ever ready to serve its purpose and does so without fanfare. Like lightning, calamity can strike suddenly without warning.

Consider: A lightning rod that is properly grounded is able to take strikes without damage to itself when it is able to channel the lightning safely to the ground. In the process, it diverts danger away from the surrounding. re you grounded in faith God God and in His Word?

Pastor Stanley is in charge of the Saturday Evening Service and the Family Life Ministry in St John's-St Margaret's Church (SJSM). Prior to serving God full time, Ps Stanley worked in the petrochemical industry. He pursued his theological education at Regent College in Canada. He is married to Mei and has two teenage daughters, Gayle and Cleo.
