Rev Lau is an Assemblies of God (AG) Minister at Large. He is currently serving as the President of Teen Challenge, Singapore. He also provides mentorship and advisory role to pastors and leaders in churches. Patrick formerly held AG General Superintendent position for 31 years and was the Senior Pastor of Calvary AG for 42 years.

He served as a Major with Salvation Army from 1984 to 2007, holding various appointments and shepherding three congregations.
