The church is a Community of Christ. We look at Acts to learn about nurturing our relationships through the Word. In Acts 17, some people “received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily”. Others were curious “May we know what this new teaching is that you are presenting?”. Yet others “when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked.” What is our own real view of The Word?
